Drink Responsibly… Apple Tea

Spiked Apple Tea 2

Have a recipe for alcoholic refreshment, want to hear about it here goes …

Some days are alcohol days.  Beginning to end they just suck the big one! If the mantra in your head, that is on repeat, is “I need a drink, I need a drink – no I need a DRANK.”   Then this drink is for you!

Yes, it’s a sissy drink that is adorned with garnish but hey, I am a sissy.  A sissy that loves her Vodka and there is nothing wrong with that.   When you hear about Vodka being combined with your other favorite drink, Sweet Tea, then that is just down right magical.

This “spiked” Apple Tea will answer your mantra plus it will make your sucky day melt away.  Your troubles will simmer down to a dull roar and you will have a craving for some bar type grub to accompany this deliciousness in a glass.  It will also end world hunger and politicians will all get along and sing Kumbaya … ok, it’s not that good; it can’t work miracles.

The drink is a combination of Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka, apple juice, apple schnapps, and sour mix. It reminds me of those fruit flavored iced teas with a small bite of alcohol.  I’m telling you – you will be a changed person after drinking (perhaps just mello-er)!

Yesterday, I had a stinker of a day … I broke my glass roasting pan, managed to puncture my finger, was late to work, almost ran out of gas,  two days remaining of work for the week and I have already worked seven days…  just not my normal day.  Then I partook in some “spiked” Apple Tea and my frown turned upside down.  It’s that good!

Go ahead and give it a try and tell a friend!

Until Next Time,
Jennifer
